Our approach is to provide the format for staff to step back from their work situation and to view the changes that are occurring. From their analysis they may wish to follow up with action plans for their own benefit or for the benefit of the workplace.
Content

This full training day helps to provide the perspective necessary for assimilating changes at work.
- Introductory exercises to promote creativity and use of intuitiion.
- Examining issues surrounding the changes and establishing the 'problem landscape'.
- Getting to action plans from the problem solving. The work here is to identify specific, manageable actions as well as a realistic time frame for their implementation.
