The main focus of the workshop is for the participants to get to understand one another better, especially regarding communication styles. A useful basis for this is discovering each person’s psychological type based on the Myers Briggs approach.
This understanding then strongly influences the facilitated problem solving on issues arising from the workplace. The task is to identify sources of conflict and ways to move towards greater harmony. The outcome will be practical tasks for people to undertake.
The course is particularly effective for inducting new members into a team. It is also excellent for bringing together a team whose sense of common identity has been reduced by the pressure and demands of disparate work.
